COVID-19 Mandate Abuses
Ryan spent the first part of 2022 traveling around California speaking at school board meetings, educating families on their freedoms, protected by the Constitution, and leading peaceful protests against the mask mandates at schools. This empowered children and families to stand up for themselves and laid the foundation for ideal litigation.
These cases involve free speech claims brought under California law and name the involved districts along with culpable school board members and various staff, personally, for punitive damages.

Phoenix Children’s Hospital Vaccine Exemption Demand Form
Ryan successfully helped a nurse stand up to PCH’s declaration that all employees must take the experimental, unproven COVID-19 shot by November 2021 or lose their job.
Attn. CA State Bar: Cease & Desist
After appearing at a school board meeting in February 2022, Ryan received a frivolous California State Bar complaint where they threatened him with referral for prosecution, including jail time. Below is the Cease and Desist letter he sent to the CA State Bar where he essentially told them to pound sand. The same complaint was dismissed in Arizona because it had no merit.
Sound of Freedom Premiere
The Gavel Project is passionate about educating the public and helping in the fight against human sex trafficking, especially children. We rented out an entire theatre to provide over 200 people with free tickets to the premiere of the movie Sound of Freedom. Congressman Andy Biggs, Congressman Eli Crane and Seak Smith of Mom Army joined Ryan Heath for a Q&A after the screening. It was an impactful evening!
Planned Parenthood Interview
Ryan flew out to California immediately and was interviewed on Fox and Friends after concerned parents contacted him about the district’s plan to place a Planned Parenthood on a high school campus. Ryan shed light on their motives within the fine print, not to perform abortions, but to provide hormone therapy to teenagers without parental consent. The Planned Parenthood did not end up on the high school campus showing that community activism is effective.
Arizona’s Illegitimate Election
Petition for Writ of Mandamus by Ryan as a pro se litigant filed in the Arizona Supreme Court against Judge Peter Thompson concerning his ruling in the Lake v. Hobbs election challenge. Filed by Ryan Heath as a Civil Rights Activist in association with The Gavel Project.
